More about us

Dynamite Montessori is a three-tiered Arizona private school for toddlers ages 22 months – 3 years, primary children ages 3 – 6, and elementary students through age 12.

Our Montessori School in serene Cave Creek, Arizona is a joyful place where children’s spontaneity is expressed, where community is fostered, and respect is practiced. It is a safe place where the wonders of nature are discovered, and people experience kindness as the powerful force it is. Ours is a place where bilingual education is pursued, strong bodies are nurtured, lifelong friendships are formed, and the love of learning never wanes

Our approach to 2nd language learning is a holistic one. This approach completely takes advantage of the young child’s absorbent mind and the sensitive period for grammar of the 7 year old. Children learn Spanish in its entirety, i.e. syntax, accent, vocabulary from native speakers in each class. Older children receive formal writing and reading lessons. Our summer Spanish immersion program is open to all elementary and alumni students and to the general public. Beginners welcome!

In addition to the Montessori curriculum offered, we also educate the body to move gracefully, purposefully, skillfully and confidently. Sports are offered as an option to the primary children, and are a part of our mandatory daily work in the elementary.

As a staff, we are committed to excellence, and to creating the best learning environment for each child. Please call and schedule a tour to see for yourself!

All primary classes and the lower elementary are recognized AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) programs. AMI was established in 1929 by Dr. Maria Montessori to maintain, propagate and further her ideas and principals for the full development of the human being. AMI, with headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is the oldest recognized authority on Montessori education worldwide.
